Vrakas/Blum Client Satisfaction Survey Results

Client satisfaction is the number one priority of the entire team at Vrakas/Blum. To help gauge our clients’ impressions of the firm, and to identify our strengths and greatest needs for improvement, we conduct online satisfaction surveys of our clients following various projects. Here is just some of the cumulative data we have compiled since the survey began in 2007:

  • We have attained a 98% overall level of satisfaction from our business clients. On a scale of 0-10, all ratings were 6 and above.
  • 98% of our business clients feel we meet deadlines and provide service in a timely manner.
  • 98% of our business clients feel we exhibit courtesy and professionalism when serving our accounts.
  • 98% of our business clients feel we deploy the appropriate level of technical expertise to complete our engagements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • 97% of our business clients feel we are easily accessible for meetings, phone calls and follow-up.
