At Vrakas/Blum, client satisfaction is our number one priority. To help gauge our clients' impressions of our firm, and to identify our strengths and greatest needs for improvement, Vrakas/Blum conducts online satisfaction surveys of our clients following various projects. Here is just some of the cumulative data we have compiled since the survey began in 2007:

- 98% of our business clients feel we are easily accessible for meetings, phone calls and follow-up.
